We want you to be happy with your purchase so we don’t charge for returns.
Simply email your order number and a photo of the items you want to return to [email protected] for us to assess.
Once the return is approved we will arrange with the courier to collect from you – we want to make the process as easiest as possible for you
You may exchange or return your items 30 days of the date the goods were shipped to you.
Items and packaging must be in a perfect condition and suitable to be sold to another customer.
At present we are unable to offer exchanges to our international customers
Credit Card and EFT refunds – Please note that each banking institution has a different lead time on refunds. Refunds can take between 3 – 13 working days to reflect in your account.
